New for 2011!

Container Trees, Shrubs and evergreens

This year for the first time we're offering a broad mix of container plants, many of which are only available potted.  Check out the new varieties....quantities are limited, so don't delay!  And, save 10% off our regular prices!  Our standard one-year 50% warranty applies to all container purchases.

Bare root Trees

Choose from shade trees like ash, honeylocust, birch, maple, aspen, cottonwoods and willows.  Ornamental trees include flowering crabapples, flowering cherries/plums, and mountain ash.  If you need a dwarf tree for a confined site, you'll find several selections.  Remember, we provide complete planting and care instructions to ensure your success!

Bare root Fruit trees

Included here are apples, Contender Peach (NEW!), pears, plums, cherry plums, and sour pie cherries.  Apples, pears, cherry plums, and most plums do require a pollinator, so you might need a second tree depending on your situation.  Sour pie cherries and the peach are self fertile, so only one tree is needed.

Bare root small fruits - berries, currants, grapes

Go ahead----Eat Your Yard!  Small fruits like blueberries, gooseberries, raspberries, grapes and currants can be purchased here.  Look for other fruit producing plants in the Bare Root Shrub section.  Note:  Raspberries are not guaranteed.

bare root shrubs

We offer the largest local selection of bare root shrubs in the region, so shop Sheridan!  You can find plants that will stay small or get big, display awesome flower power or cool fall color, that produce edible fruit, or screen your yard.  Check out the new stuff!  Don't see what you want?  Call us, we can special order.

bare root vines

Hardy, fast growing plants that can soften a vertical space, screen a fence, or cover a retaining wall.

specimen evergreens

Looking for a spruce, pine or juniper?  This section includes our most popular specimen evergreens, including some windbreak specials on spruce and upright junipers.  Most plants are Balled and Burlapped (B&B).  We do offer Extra Savings with our Early Pickup Discount!!! All B&B specimen trees picked up within 7 days of notification will receive an ADDITIONAL $20 off the listed price! This discount applies ONLY to B&B specimen trees picked up by the customer.   B&B specimen trees are VERY HEAVY! Let us deliver or plant your new tree! Take advantage of ADDITIONAL PLANTING DISCOUNTS on items purchased during the early order sale! Call 672-8340 for a quote or to reserve your time!

specimen shade and ornamental trees

Look here for large B&B shade trees including maples, ash, cottonwoods, oak, linden, aspen, and others.  Also in this section are ornamental trees like Canada Red Cherry and flowering crabapples.  These plants are also eligible for the Early Pickup Discount of $20 per tree if picked up within 7 days of notification.  Since these trees are heavy and hard to handle, you might consider having us deliver or plant your B&B tree.  We will be happy to provide a quote.

bare root shrub roses

All of our bare root shrub roses are hardy for this area.  Choose from red, pink, orange, white or yellow colors.  Sizes range from small to medium to climbers.  All roses are #1 or #1.5 grade.
